Zypr, a voice-enabled, cloud-based API that dramatically simplifies the connectivity of consumer electronics devices to the growing list of Internet services available on tablets, smartphones, automobiles, TV’s and more, just launched their new developer web site and blog.
A voice-enabling cloud solution for a better customer experience.
With the launch of the site and the release of Zypr’s API, any developer or device manufacturer can now have a consistent way to access local search, social networking, maps, routing, music, radio and other services using “conversational” voice commands.
No longer will they have to aggregate the continually changing Internet services and have to make time-consuming or expensive modifications to their device or subject their customers to service disruptions. By integrating the Zypr platform as a core “ingredient” into a connected device solution, manufacturers and developers can focus on true product differentiation while preserving their unique customer experience and brand identity.
The Zypr team turned to Teamworks Communications to help them produce a new web site that would efficiently and effectively present software developers with the information, tools, and support they need. The new site also enabled developers to register for an account and manage their keys while using the Zypr API.
Working on a fast-track schedule with our development partner, Tivix, we designed and developed a site solution built on the WordPress open-source, content management system for frequent and easy updating.
Adding value outside the browser.
We also provided services that included messaging, information architecture, site structure and visual presentation design of all content assets with the integration of multiple back-end systems, 2-way forums, and Facebook comments.
The new site was deployed before the new year. Plans are underway to extend the site structure and components to showcase new voice-enabled solutions as they are released.
“We approached the TeamworksCom team with a fairly daunting task—deliver a state of the art developer site for our launch in a very compressed timeframe with very specific branding, functionality and integration requirements.
They came up to speed quickly, helped to refine our messaging, hit milestones like clockwork, contributed valuable technical insights, and deployed the site in time for our launch.
Post launch developer reaction and industry feedback has been extremely positive. We can now look forward to supporting our developer community knowing that we have a solid, flexible platform.”
The Zypr solution has already captured the interest of many technology blogs and publications including VentureBeat, ubergizmo and Forbes. And with this early market momentum, we look forward to helping with Zypr’s continued success.
