Since 1869, Pacific Nurseries has served the San Francisco Bay area with the personalized service, expert advice, competitive prices and an ever expanding selection of plants that landscape professionals need to succeed.
It’s how they’ve grown every year to become the oldest commercial nursery in California where thousands of contractors, developers, government agencies, schools and retail nurseries turn to meet their landscape material needs.
Reaching out to prospects and customers.
As one of our long term customers, Pacific Nurseries engaged our services to help them educate their prospects and existing customers about new capabilities, expanded services and special, limited-time promotions.
To help them enhance consideration of these new offerings, we developed a very targeted, integrated communications campaign that included print and online advertising, direct mail and promotional collateral.
This new campaign created urgency to evaluate their capabilities and rewarded prospects for doing business with Pacific Nurseries. The campaign was deployed throughout the year and leveraged the distinctive brand identity and approachable personality which we created for Pacific Nurseries over 10 years ago.
Committed to delivering long term value.
Julie Baldocchi, Vice-President of Marketing, added: “In this challenging economy, our target customers are looking for resources that can add value and deliver more for less.”
Julie went on to say, “We are really excited about this new campaign because it’s one of the most effective ways we can reach out to prospects, enhance their consideration of us and reward them for doing business with us.
We plan on continuing our valued relationship with Paul Pruneau and Teamworkscom to help us continue to grow our business and improve our position in this increasingly competitive market. “
We look forward to helping Pacific Nurseries continue their double digit growth rate with strategic marketing programs that foster customer loyalty and deliver measurable results.
